DELIVERY INFORMATION
FREE Royal Mail 48 tracked standard delivery on orders over £50.
Orders placed outside of our normal operating hours will be despatched on the following working day. Over Christmas, New Year and other UK bank holiday periods, orders may take longer to be despatched.
RETURNS POLICY

Did you change your mind? No problem….
All new and unused items qualify for return.
PRO-Range Beauty Devices
You have 30 days from the purchase date to contact us in order to arrange the return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Skincare
You have 90 days from the purchase date to contact us in order to arrange the return. We've extended our policy as we know how tricky it can be to find a product that works well for someone's skin, so we want to give you the chance to make sure your purchase is right for you or your gift recipient without worrying.
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@margueritelaboratories.com. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product.
Please make sure that the item is placed securely in its original packaging for shipping.
Return due to damage to or discrepancies with you delivered goods is FREE. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind you have to cover the shipment costs.
IMPORTANT:
Notification of any damage to or discrepancies with you delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt by emailing contact@margueritelaboratories.com. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product.
If a product appears to be faulty, this should be reported to us via email and returned to us within 7 working days of notification.
Your order should be returned using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 30 working days of receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please return the unopened and unused goods in their original packaging to us within 7 working days of notifying us of your wish to return the order.
Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
We will process a refund on receipt of goods.
Please note, we cannot process refunds for goods that are not returned to us within the specified 7 working day period, have been opened, used or are not in their original packaging.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
WARRANTY FOR PRO-RANGE BEAUTY DEVICES
The product warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Please keep your order confirmation email/invoice as proof of purchase date.
The warranty covers ONLY defects resulting from causes inherent in the received device or damage during delivery.
Your order should be returned using a tracked, signed for delivery service. We cannot accept any liability for returns that are lost in transit.
After we receive your faulty device please allow fourteen (14) days for inspection.
Once confirmed that the damage is not a result of improper usage the customer will receive a replacement.
If the damage resulted from delivery the customer MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
